Orientation

Students fly into Madrid where they meet the LPI resident staff and the rest of the LPI group, participate on the four-day pre-program excursion in Madrid and Toledo and attend on-site orientations. During the orientations, the LPI staff discusses Spain’s history and culture, what to expect while living with a homestay, the academic program and adjusting to daily life in Sevilla. After arriving in the city, students meet their homestay, visit the LPI on-site office, take a language placement exam administered by the Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (UIMP) and begin classes.
